Fort Osage Education Foundation SUPPLY DRIVE

The 2021-2022 school year is set to begin on Monday, August 23, 2021. With your help, the Fort Osage Education Foundation wants to provide our families with a head start. We are launching a K-6 Back-To-School Supply Drive. Please consider joining this effort, our kids need you!
The Fort Osage Education Foundation has set a goal to raise $10,000 to help 400 students. We understand times are tough and appreciate any support you provide. With everyone lending a hand, we’re hopeful to meet our goal to help our students get off to a successful start by equipping them with essential school supplies.
Donations of any size are welcome. A $25 gift will cover school supplies for one student, $50 will sponsor two students, etc. Click here to see all tier options and make a donation.

2021 Golf Tournament

Dear Fort Osage Community,

Thank you to everyone who participated in our 2021 Golf Tournament. There were over 18 teams and, combined with sponsorships and other individual donations, we raised just over $10,000. We offer a big thanks again to our major sponsors, to those who donated items for the raffle, to our committee volunteers, and to other individuals who made a cash donation. Your generosity will be put to immediate use as the foundation will be awarding scholarships to students at Fort Osage High School to help them with the cost of paying for their dual credit and AP courses in the fall of 2021.

Thank you for your support during these difficult times!

Mission Focused

Your Support Fuels Our Mission

The Fort Osage Education Foundation’s mission is to oversee the investment of existing scholarship money, approve the distribution of scholarships, and build philanthropic support. This support directly impacts our students, teachers, the Fort Osage School District, and the community it serves.

Poetic Voices

The Power of Words

“Whether our students are going to college, the military, or entering the workforce, they need to understand the value and importance of their voice. Much of our students’ worlds are surrounded by poetry and lyrics. Through teaching modern poetry, students are exposed to writers advocating for social change, exploring common themes, and investigating the unknown. “
