Mission Focused

Your Support Fuels Our Mission

The Fort Osage Education Foundation’s mission is to oversee the investment of existing scholarship money, approve the distribution of scholarships, and build philanthropic support. This support directly impacts our students, teachers, the Fort Osage School District, and the community it serves.

Poetic Voices

The Power of Words

“Whether our students are going to college, the military, or entering the workforce, they need to understand the value and importance of their voice. Much of our students’ worlds are surrounded by poetry and lyrics. Through teaching modern poetry, students are exposed to writers advocating for social change, exploring common themes, and investigating the unknown. “
